With a unique combination of experience, Brian and Lindsay are both passionate about hospitality, travel and human-scale design. They own and operate Vivant Event Rentals, a high-end rental company with a focus on interior design for weddings and corporate events.

With nearly two decades of experience in construction and development management, Brian understands the importance that early-stage design decisions have on operations. From historic properties to boutique hotels, his expertise provides the foundation for quality projects. He sees the larger picture of property usage, while remaining focused on the construction details to ensure a smooth building process. 

Spending her career managing privately-held venues and luxury events, Lindsay provides an eye for design, venue logistics, and efficiency. Specializing in how properties can profitably host events, Lindsay's focus on incorporating processes, procedures, and spatial mapping ensures systems will be fully vetted well before breaking ground.
